S.A.S-So Far [Video]

The third single from the critically acclaimed Galaxy Fly album from S.A.S, and is another song from them that I’m liking very much.

Wrongly or rightly: S.A.S have been unfortunate that the UK audience aren’t really geared towards UK hip hop and are much more into the Grime scene, which is seen as the leading voice of ‘urban music’ in this country. No coincidence that S.A.S get a lot of love in mainland Europe, where non American hip hop is far more widely accepted.

The album Galaxy Fly is available on iTunes right now.

S.A.S.-The Connect ft. Vado

London duo S.A.S kind of got left in the lurch after the Rocafella/Dipset break up, however seeing them collaborate with Vado (who is heavily affiliated with Cam’ron) is great to see!

Also a great coup in itself, what with Vado’s increasing reputation in the industry. Not only this, but this track is really good – one criticism I’ve had with S.A.S.’s music in the past is that the production hasn’t always been refined/mastered to a decent standard. No danger of that here with this, the production matches the undoubted talent S.A.S have.

New S.A.S Video + Mixtape

You may or may not remember S.A.S as being the English representatives of the Dipset crew, they’ve been stuck in limbo since the breakup of Rocafella though, as well as the issues between Cam’ron’s relationship with Jim Jones & Juelz Santana. They’re back though with a new single, Complete, which will be off their upcoming album, Galaxy Fly. It will feature big names such as Camron, Noreaga, Vado and many more, (drops in September).

Below is a link to a new mixtape of theirs which contains the best of their work to date.
