I gave my inbox a clearout recently, and stumbled across a couple of absolute gems. This soulful piece of storytelling was one of them, and will appeal to fans of chilled out soul music (think Anthony Hamilton, Lynden David Hall etc.).
One to check out not just for the smoothness of his voice, but the mellow beat plays a great part in letting Darryl’s story be told with more clarity. Really good stuff, looking forward to checking out more. Plenty of potential in this soul/R&B newcomer.
