Jimmy Fallon unquestionably has the best musical skits in the TV business. In character as Neil Young, he joins forces with the legendary Bruce Springsteen to cover 9-year old Willow Smith’s Whip My Hair.

The brilliant thing is, they actually make this into a really good cover. You’ll laugh at first, but when Bruce gets involved it seriously becomes decent!
