Arctic Monkeys-Suck It And See Album Stream

I’m not really a fan of these guys outside of the odd track here and there, but I’ve been neglecting the indie side of things as of late, so I’m sure the fans out there will enjoy this preview of their forthcoming album.

The whole album is available to listen to in full, along with buttons to pre-order and such. I’m actually looking forward to giving this a go, despite my aforementioned lack of fandom, purely to see how their sound has come on and whether they’ve made/are yet to make that ‘artistic integrity’ album that alienates the regular fans and wins over mavericks like myself. We’ll see, but for now enjoy the album in its entirety here.

Whatever People Say You Are, That's What You've Become

Or something to that effect.

When Arctic Monkeys brought out Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not the bumming went on for months. And to be fair most of it was justified, and it brought a lot to the indie music scene.

However, since then the Arctic Monkeys’ demise has been quite spectacular, going from “Quality” to “Alright with a few good tracks” (see: Mardy Bum, 505. Ok 505 was out-standing) to “overrated” to “unbelievably overrated” and now seemingly into obscurity.

From WPSIA,TWIN are the following tracks, so you can drift back 5 years and reminisce. (How good as A Certain Romance? :poundit:)

Arctic Monkeys-My Propeller Video

The most overrated band of all-time (and I genuinely believe that) drop a new video. Don’t get me wrong, they are decent, but do absolutely nothing to justify the ridiculous lovefest/hype they’re given by some people. Wow, they sing with heavy northern accents-yay.

I like this video though, the effects they use are pretty nice. The song is alright, nothing special. Pretty much like the band.
