I must admit, I’ve not listened to any of this guy’s stuff outside of Strange and Beautiful, which pretty much everyone knows (I think it was in an advert?). I loved that song, and stumbled across some new material of his today.
New Friend is completely different to the above track, and is a rousing, positive track that’s not too bad. As I said, I haven’t followed this guy so maybe this is his regular sound, but it’s new to me and it’s quite a nice contrast to the slow and emotional track above. One for the indie/alt. fans to check out for sure, and even the pop fans amongst you might like this. (The widget below will email you a link from his site to download the track).
