Over the last 70 episodes, we’ve delivered music from your favourite acts, introduced you to some new and exiciting ones, and of course given a new lease of life to otherwise forgotten artists. To celebrate that, I’ve ensured this week’s episode covers all of that ground nicely, to keep everyone satisfied.
Not much to recap on this week, besides two big video premieres from Rihanna and Lloyd. Click on to grab a chunky, 20+ track episode that’ll keep you going for a while.

Video is released for what should undoubtedly be a massive hit over here, from two of the mainstream’s favourite artists. Don’t really have a great deal more to say, as I’ve not got around to watching the video yet!
Audio is available from here.

I’ve been sitting on this track for a while, I didn’t have time to post it when it first dropped, and then just forgot about it. However, I’ll be posting a fair amount of the backlog of new music that has somehow accumulated in my iTunes over the next few days, so prepare yourself for some more late new music.

Visuals for the collabo from Shakira’s US release. For some reason, this video version of the track is different to the original leaked version (found here).
I probably preferred the original, with Cudi’s verse being the obvious highlight on both, although if it comes on in a playlist it might make you techno-spaz out involuntarily. Proceed with caution.

Shakira drops another interesting collaboration (go here for the first), this time grabbing Cudder for a track from her upcoming US release. I haven’t checked this out yet, but my expectation is that it’s going to be a bouncy track with some energy. I’m probably wrong though.

This collabo is set to feature on both Timbaland’s Shock Value 2 (for which the official first single should be with us on Friday…) and the US version of Shakira’s She Wolf album (FYI, that She Wolf song makes me laugh so much. The wolf noises are classic!). This will be a club banger and a chart smash, I have absolutely no doubts about it. It’s not amazing by any means, but mainstream features+uptempo beat = £/$.
