Some French hip-hop for you here. Naturally, I’ve never heard of La Fouine before, but he doesn’t seem to be too bad from a delivery/flow perspective, and he’s got a similar beat preference to most mainstream rappers.
However, if you’ve watched the video, the big talking point is Game rapping in French: good on him! You’ve got to respect Game for his effort here, as he’s taken the time to learn (unless he already speaks French?) the language for his verse, when most rappers would just stick to their own native language.
Remember a time when this feature would have guaranteed it huge status all over Europe? Now we have to deal with N Dubz and the like saturating the market: a horribly sobering thought. Audio for this is here.
