Killa Kyleon continues to impress with this freestyle over Lil’ Wayne’s Bill Gates track. Not the first one to take on this track, but he certainly does the beat justice with a very good flow and some delightful punchlines.

I haven’t heard of any impending mixtape or album due for release this year from this guy, but I hope he has, as I really would like to hear some more, based on the few songs I’ve heard from him thus far.

Killa Kyleon-Quit Her In The Morning

Killa Kyleon flips the script and turns J.Cole’s and Drake’s collaboration into a song to vent about a failed relationship.

A line I liked in particular: “Thought she was Mrs. Right…she must be ambidextrous”

Really good effort by Killa, I’ll probably be bumping this one for a while.

Here’s the video for a remix from one of the standout tracks from Big K.R.I.T.’s K.R.I.T. Wuz Here album. Featuring two rappers from the South who currently have a rather large buzz about them, this is one track you don’t want to miss out on.

Surprisingly a mellow one, this is a song you can just listen and chill, it especially feels to me a summer song you can just laze around to. You don’t need it to be a particular season to laze about, (especially here in the UK with there being snow everywhere you look at the moment!) so download below and enjoy.

Killa Kyleon/Rick Ross/DJ Khaled - I Am The Hood

Houston’s Killa Kyleon collaborates with Ricky Ross & DJ Khaled here to bring us a very typically DJ Khaled type banger. Definitely wouldn’t feel out of place on a Khaled album, with it being one for your car playlist. Whether that’s a good or bad thing depends completely on whether you like DJ Khaled’s music or not.
