1982 (Statik Selektah & Temanology) ft. Freddie Gibbs & Crooked I - Make It Out Alive

Latest drop from the Boston emcee and the hardest-working producer in the game. This can be found on their upcoming aptly-titled project 2012 which hits stores on May 22nd. This has got that military feel to it, slightly up tempo and sharp keys to boot. The verses are on point and each hold their own whilst Crooked exercises his lyrical muscle as to be expected.

Termanology & Reks Freestyle

Two of my favourite underground MC’s wax lyrical over an assortment of beats accompanied by visuals.

Term & Statik’s 1982 is out now and can be picked up here.

Stay tuned for Reks’ In Between Lines 2 Mixtape dropping any time soon!

1982 (Statik Selektah & Termanology)-Still Waiting [Video]

Visuals for another track from 1982′s self-titled album due to drop October 26th.

A very watchable video with a couple of cameos thrown in for good measure.

1982 - You Should Go Home [Video]

Bun B is the industry’s new Raekwon, and I’m as sold as everyone else.

He teams up with 1982 (Termanology & Statik Selektah) for a smooth, laid back lyrical affair straight from their self-titled album dropping October 26th.

Visuals are to your left. Enjoy.

Statik Selektah, Termanology, Xzibit and Cassidy Collab

The first leak from the upcoming album from Statik and Term (under the name 1982) comes with a couple of heavy-hitters on the feature. Statik drops off an interesting production, which has some of those gritty elements mixed in with a jazzy feel. Pretty unique stuff, and nice to hear him mixing it up like that. The verses are all pretty likeable, with Termanology probably just shading it ahead of Xzibit for the best one.
