I was initially sceptical about Vinnie as a solo artist, but Season of the Assassin was a big grower. I have been anticipating this release much more, and so far I’ve enjoyed each track. Teaming up with Preemo can be a bit tricky these days. You can find yourself with a classic one of a kind beat, or you can find yourself on a by-the-numbers mixtape filler beat.
Luckily, Preem has thought about this track and seems to have really crafted the beat to compliment Vinnie’s hard-hitting style, which works well and continues to build anticipation for the album.
God Of The Serengeti is released on October 23rd.
