  • Just got my hands on this. Again, in my opinion, Game fails to deliver on the pure basics. Let’s face it, Game has never claimed to be the most lyrical, and when his beat selection is a poor as it is here then he’s clutching at non-existent straws. The La Roux track is epic, but everything else got deleted.

    Sorry Indi!

  • Don’t apologise to me, I completely agree.

  • For someone who has shown such great beat selection in the past i.e. all 3 of his albums, I’m confident he’s keeping the good beats for his album and that these are all throwaways. It’s a known fact that Game makes 100-200 tracks per album, and just picks the best 15. He reckons the RED album has been 95% complete for a while, he’s just been unable to make that killer single yet.

What he really needed to do was a mixtape over other rappers beats. Just to show people he still has the ability on the mic. No coincidence his best tracks in recent memory have been his verses over tracks like Kush, Black And Yellow and the La Roux track you mentioned.
